We celebrated Gavin's birthday this past Saturday at the children's museum. It was freezing cold and steadily rained all.day.long. It was definately a nasty day, but we didn't let it dampen our celebration. The children's museum is in a different town so I decided to keep the guest list small. We invited my parents, my best friend Christie and her two children, and my other friend Laura and her two children. Laura could not attend so it ended up being the nine of us. We got to the museum at 1 pm and played and explored until about 4:30 pm. We then headed to the Olive Garden for dinner. However, at dinner Gavin started feeling really awful and ran a low-grade fever.
