Ugh! A little over a week later, I have a virus on my computer and a level 5 spyware. When I try to fix them with Norton it just throws me into a whirlwind of pop-ups for free virus software so that I can't even delete the infected files. I have a call into the same computer people from last week that earned my $75.00. Quite frankly, I feel they should fix it this time for free. We will see what they say to that.

So the geniuses at the computer place said that when we reformatted our hard drive, viruses or spyware could not have possibly been saved. They refuse to fix it without payment. I am going to have Eddie's friend look it over before taking it in. This sucks!!!
